Access into Plas Derwen Country House

Well signposted from the A5, Plas Derwen Country House is reached up a sloping tarmac drive with an outward opening gate at the top and with ample parking and an unloading area right outside the front door.

Access into the entrance hall is through the front door (850mm wide) and one 50mm step.

All accommodation is on the first floor which is reached by a wide, gently rising staircase (150mm risers) which leads from the entrance hall. There is a handrail on one side to a small mezzanine where the staircase splits. Left from there passes through to a walled section leading to the landing from which the Oak and Laburnum rooms are accessed. The right turn has a handrail to the landing from which the Wisteria room is reached.

There are no lift facilities to any of the rooms.

The en-suite bathroom for the Oak room is reached down three steps.

The en-suite bathroom for the Laburnum room is on the same level; each bathroom has a shower which is accessed over a 90mm step.

The bathroom for the Wisteria room is on the same level and does not have a shower but only a standard size bath.
